Shahida holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing). She specializes in EHR implementation, workflow improvement, and practice operations. As Practice Manager at Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett, she has helped build a positive, professional, and patient-centered workplace culture through strong leadership and teamwork.
Personal Details
She is passionate about helping providers reach their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and relaxing with a good self-improvement book or TV show.
